Terms and Conditions of qq500 — Platform Terms of Use

By accessing, creating an account on, or using any service provided by the platform qq500 (hereinafter also referred to as "Platform", "we", or "qq500"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all specific rules for betting, bonuses, and promotions published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use qq500's services. Continued use of the Platform after changes to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions, which will be communicated with a minimum of 7 (seven) calendar days' notice by email or notification in the user dashboard.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and qq500 regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior communications or agreements on the same subject.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• User / Player: any individual who creates and uses an account on qq500.
• Account: the individual account created by the user on qq500, identified by a unique CPF.
• Real Balance: amounts deposited by the user via Pix, boleto, card, or other accepted methods, available for betting and withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by qq500 through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• Rollover (Wagering Requirement): number of times the bonus balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Odds: multiplier that determines the return on a winning Sports Betting wager.
• Crash Game: a casino game format featuring a rising multiplier, with the option to cash out voluntarily before the round ends.
• Cashout: early settlement of a bet to secure a partial win or minimize losses.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): the user identity verification process required by qq500 and Brazilian law.
• Pix: the Brazilian Central Bank's instant payment system and qq500's primary payment method.

To create an account at qq500 and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of qq500 or any of its partner companies;
• Not having been previously banned or suspended from the qq500 platform for any reason;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

Only allowed one registration per CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or different documents to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or bonus requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any available balances.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date. qq500 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the details on your account.

Qq500 is legally required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals and in cases of significant financial activity. The KYC (Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time and requires submission of the following documents:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, bank statement, or credit card statement);
• Selfie with identity document, when requested by the compliance team;
• Proof of ownership of the registered payment method, where applicable.

Submitted documents are reviewed within up to 3 business days. During this period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. qq500 reserves the right to request additional documents if the information provided is not sufficient to complete the KYC process.

Users who refuse to provide the requested documents, or whose documents are inconsistent with their registered details, will have their accounts temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. If inconsistencies are confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.

Qq500 accepts the following deposit methods, all operating in Brazilian BRL (R$):

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Funds are credited instantly within seconds of payment confirmation. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Bank slip (Boleto): settlement within 1 (one) business day after payment. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00;
• Credit or debit card: Visa and Mastercard cards only. Credit applied within 30 minutes. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay: instant processing. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• TED Bank Transfer: banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and other Brazilian financial institutions. Processing within 1 business day. Minimum deposit: R$ 50.00.

Qq500 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility. All deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits made by third parties are not accepted in the user's name.

Qq500 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. If a deposit is refused, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process and must have no pending withdrawals or bonus balance with an incomplete rollover. The general withdrawal conditions are:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00;
• Primary withdrawal method: Pix — processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24/7;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same Pix key or bank account associated with the account holder's CPF;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of the reason;
• Withdrawals via TED bank transfer are processed within 1 business day on banking business days.

Qq500 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 upon request or above R$ 20,000.00 accumulated in the month, as part of fulfilling anti-money laundering compliance obligations (Law No. 9,613/1998).

Withdrawals from bonus balance will only be processed after the rollover requirement applicable to the promotion has been fully met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from the bonus balance, after the rollover is complete, are eligible for withdrawal.

Qq500 does not charge withdrawal fees. TED withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the receiving bank, which are the user's responsibility.

Qq500 periodically offers welcome bonuses, freebets, cashback, accumulator bonuses, and other promotions. Each offer has specific conditions published on the promotion page, which supplement these general rules:

• The welcome bonus is automatically awarded on the first qualifying deposit (minimum R$ 50.00). The bonus amount equals 100% of the deposit, up to the maximum value specified in the current offer;
• The rollover requirement standard welcome bonus rollover is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount in bets with minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal. Canceled, postponed, or draw-result bets do not contribute to the rollover;
• Freebets have an expiration date indicated in the offer. Unused freebets within the deadline are automatically canceled. Freebet winnings are subject to a 1x rollover before withdrawal;
• The accumulator bonus is calculated automatically on winnings from accumulator bets with 3 or more selections. The bonus percentage varies by number of selections: 10% (3 selections), 15% (4), 20% (5), 25% (6), and 30% (7 or more). Minimum odds of 1.30 per selection are required;
• VIP Program Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses (losing bets minus winning bets) and credited every Monday at 12:00 PM (Brasília time). The percentage ranges from 10% (Bronze) to 30% (Diamond).

Qq500 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion if there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts, hedging bets aimed at meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk, or any other practice deemed abusive at the platform's sole discretion.

Sports Betting on qq500 follows the specific rules for each sport and market, available in the platform's Rules Center. The general conditions are:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be changed by the user, except when the cashout feature is available for that event and market;
• Bets on events that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's real balance;
• In the event of obvious odds errors (odds clearly outside market standards due to a technical error), qq500 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered, even after the event result is known;
• Qq500 may impose maximum bet limits per event, market, or user. These limits are set internally and are subject to change without prior notice;
• Live bets are subject to processing delays of up to 5 seconds to prevent exploitation of real-time information. During this period, displayed odds may be adjusted before the bet is confirmed.

The cashout is available on selected events, both before and during play. The cashout value is calculated automatically based on real-time odds and may be lower than the original potential return. Cashout is not available on all bets or markets.

Qq500 covers Sports Betting on the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, VCT Americas, Free Fire LBFF, CS2, and others), along with a wide range of other national and international sports and competitions.

The crash games and casino games available at qq500 (including Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines, Plinko, slots, and live casino) are provided by licensed developers and use certified random number generators (RNG) or Provably Fair technology.

• The results of crash games using Provably Fair are determined before each round begins and can be independently verified by any player using the cryptographic hash published by the platform;

• Bets placed during an already-started round will enter the next round, not the current one;
• If a technical failure interrupts a crash game round, all bets for that round are voided and the amounts refunded to the user's balance;
• Auto cashout is an optional feature that automatically cashes out your bet once it reaches the configured multiplier. qq500 is not responsible for connection failures that prevent auto cashout from executing in time — always make sure you have a stable connection while playing.

Qq500 may impose maximum bet limits per round in crash games and casino games. These limits are displayed in the game interface before the bet is confirmed.

Use of the qq500 platform is permitted exclusively for legal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or different documents to circumvent restrictions or accumulate bonuses;
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technological resource to automate bets, exploit technical flaws, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing hedging bets across different accounts with the intent of securing guaranteed winnings by exploiting bonus balances;
• Using the account for any activity related to money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or movement of funds of illicit origin;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, carrying out security attacks, code injections, or any other action that compromises the integrity of the qq500 system;
• Using the account for coordinated professional betting within organized groups in a way that disrupts the balance of the platform's betting market.

Qq500 continuously monitors gameplay patterns and financial transactions. Suspicious activity is investigated and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Users may request account closure at any time, free of charge, via live chat or by emailing suporte@qq500.best. Upon requesting closure:

• Pending bets will be settled normally before the account is closed;
• Available real balances will be returned to the account holder's primary payment method after all required verifications are completed;
• Bonus balances with an unfulfilled rollover requirement will be cancelled without a refund;
• The processing time for account closure and balance refund is up to 5 business days.

Qq500 may terminate or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, platform misuse, or a determination by a competent authority. In such cases, pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete.

Users who request self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons will have their account blocked permanently or temporarily, depending on the period selected. Reactivation of a permanently self-excluded account is not permitted.

Qq500 is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools directly in the user dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limits daily, weekly, and monthly — take effect immediately for reductions and within up to 24 hours for increases;
• Session time alerts — configurable notifications triggered when a set amount of continuous play time is reached;
• Temporary pause — account access blocked for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent termination of access to the platform.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the prior express authorization of qq500. Use of the qq500 brand in any context outside the platform — including social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — requires formal written authorization.

The casino and crash games available on the platform are developed and licensed by third parties (such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and SmartSoft). The intellectual property for these titles belongs to their respective developers.

Qq500 employs all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the availability, security, and integrity of the platform. However, qq500 is not liable for:

• Internet connection failures or user-side equipment issues that prevent access to the platform or the placement of bets and cashouts;
• Financial losses resulting from the user's betting decisions, including game strategies in crash games, Sports Betting, or any other format;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or technical incidents — in these cases, pending bets are preserved and settled once the service is restored;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind, except where Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC) imposes strict liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits qq500's liability in cases where Brazilian law does not permit such exclusion, including cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of basic consumer rights guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Qq500 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the user with a minimum advance notice of 7 (seven) calendar days through:

• Email to the address registered on the account;
• Visible notification in the user dashboard upon login;
• Featured notice on the platform's homepage.

Continued use of the qq500 platform after updated terms take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the new terms' effective date.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the update date indicated at the top of the document. Previous versions may be requested by emailing suporte@qq500.best.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• Law No. 14,790/2023 — Brazilian Sports Betting Legal Framework;
• Law No. 8,078/1990 — Consumer Protection Code (CDC);
• Law No. 13,709/2018 — General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
• Law No. 10,406/2002 — Brazilian Civil Code;
• Law No. 9,613/1998 — Anti-Money Laundering Act.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly through qq500 support, the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, is hereby elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
